I'm a licensed esthetician with a background in biology and chemistry, and a deep passion for results-driven skincare. I believe that great skin isn't one-size-fits-all — which is why every treatment I offer is fully customized to your skin's unique needs, goals, and history. At Altitude, I specialize in advanced modalities including nano-infusion, dermaplaning, Gua Sha, and chemical peels, seamlessly blended with the nurturing, holistic touch your skin deserves. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Altitude, I understand that life happens! To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for my time, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations & Rescheduling Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. Rescheduling requests: Requesting to reschedule does not automatically cancel or change your existing appointment. Your original appointment remains scheduled until a new appointment time has been confirmed. Communication: If I reach out to coordinate a requested schedule change and do not receive a response in time to confirm a new appointment, your original appointment remains in place. If you subsequently cancel or request to reschedule within the 24-hour window, the cancellation policy applies. No-Shows & Late Arrivals No-shows: Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late without prior communication may be considered a no-show and charged a 50% cancellation fee. Repeat no-shows: Repeat no-shows are subject to a 100% service fee. Future bookings: Prepayment may be required for future appointments following repeated no-shows or late cancellations. Exceptions I understand that emergencies, illness, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptions may be made at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
