I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of appointment. However 100% for repeat no-shows, and may require prepayment for future bookings. At Altitude, I understand that life happens. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect to my time, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I do make exceptions for emergencies, illnesses, and unforeseen circumstances. Please reach out to me to as soon as possible. Exemptions are made at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
